Continuing the previous article, namely: Design House Small Type 45, and the Design House Small Type 70, on this occasion about the Design House Collections Type 90. Design minimalist house type 90 is comprised of 2 floors on plots of land the size of 6 mx 11 m, with very limited land, the demand for design houses with a functional layout is required. The space formed that is, space is created on the 1st floor: living room, family room combined with dining room, master bedroom located on the left. for the kitchen are on the right side of the building. For a capacity of 2 car garage while the car carport for 1 pc.  Level 2 consists of 2 pieces of child bedroom, bathroom and balcony. For the space under the roof / tile (mezzanine) is used for storage or SOHO. Overall area of the room is 96 m2, with 4 months of the calendar timeline.

Design of building facade can still be applied even though the size of the building plan was changed to 6 mx 12 m, 6 mx 15 m, 8 mx 12 m, or 8 mx 15 m. If the soil is larger, then it can be added to the park in the middle or behind the dining room.
