Remarkable Building Waterfront Regium architecture by architect Zaha Hadid (6)

It is remarkable building, designed by Zaha Hadid and Patrik Schumacher built with the purpose to invest from Reggio Calabria Mediterranean through the development of two distinctive buildings to determine: the Museum and multi-functional building for the performing arts. The form of this museum is based on organic forms of starfish radial symmetry of this form to help coordinate communication and transportation between the different parts of the museum and other facilities. Mediterranean museum will house exhibition space, recovery equipment, storage, aquariums and libraries. It was designed because the situation in the sea between Italy theRegium narrow Strait of Sicily and the mainland offers the possibility to create two unique buildings visible from the sea and the coast of Sicily: Museum of History of the Mediterranean and the construction of multi-functional.
